Here's what helped me! Finding ways to thoroughly enjoy your diet is key to long term sustainability. I love that I never have to starve or feel the need to restrict when I eat in order to manage my weight! I love that I no longer have intense cravings which lead to binging! I love that I no longer am a participant in animal cruelty and our countries number 1 contributor to global warming! I also love that I'm healthy and energetic!
